COMPAR - Methods and concepts for business development


COMPAR offers a handheld job effort course called TalentWorkProgramme®. 
Studies show that the main reason the employee returns home early. Is that their partner could not find a suitable job, thus their private life suffers. Our focus is to create work-life-balance in the families, who have traveled to Denmark or to a different region of Denmark because of work. With TalentWorkProgramme® we ensure that the partner also gets a job. On the basis of our business concept, we ensure companies who have invested in to an employee, either from another country or a different region of Denmark, becomes an asset to their business. With TalentWorkProgramme® we offer a handheld course, where we ensure that the employees partner gets a job in a relevant company. TalentWorkProgramme® is a 3-6 month course, where in the candidate will be helped through the entire process, ranging from creating a CV to participating in jobinterviews.

Dialogue tool

For the purpose of developing the organisational culture with focus on:

  • Innovation in the company - supprot willingness to knowledge sharing
  • Cooporation in or between departments in connection with merges etc. where the goal is to get a mutual understanding of the common culture of the future organisation

Organisational listener: Here the primary focus is speaking to both managers and employees who experience different issues compared to their daily work and personal development, and it therefore could be suitable to have a newutral and constructive sparring from an external person. This could either be a Loyalty Card - including more different services to the same company (Business Coaching (individually or in groups) or Strategy Development a.o.)

Loyalty card - Services on an hourly basis

Is your task not clearly defined? then we can offer a loyalty card solution, serviced on an hourly basis, where relevant tasks will be solved in cooporation and in close dialogue with your company.


COMPAR offers assistance when you have to dismiss one of your employees. We coach said employee and support them by helping them gain insight into their qualifications and preferences, and also providing them with different tools which can help them professionally with motivation and engagement to move on. Assistance to all "non-internal-organisational" tasks arising in connection with hiring employees from other countries, including introduction to local network/associations (sports, social and professional)

Culture analysis

Online tests of all employees, where every participant recieve both a personal and a group report. Furthermore, an offer of following individual face-to-face feedback. In addition we offer cross cultural training, where topics such as leadership styles, management language, communication patterns at meetings, meaning of multi cultural teams and their diversity etc. will be examined.
